Linda Lescuyer has over 25 years' experience in consulting and operational management of energy efficiency and sustainable innovation in industry and the digital sector. She has strong skills in energy and environmental optimisation of projects, and management of the energy transition. Now in charge of Data4's innovation policy, she puts her expertise to good use by structuring the design and implementation of sustainable technology projects within the group's data centre campuses. She also carries out forward-looking work to identify the trends and technological advances most conducive to Data4's objectives: to run a business with the lowest possible environmental impact, while remaining resilient and always at the cutting edge of technology.

Linda began her career in 1996 as an Environmental Engineer at MGE-UPS Systems, before taking on the role of General Manager at the eco-design consultancy CODDE in 2008, followed by the energy management consultancy H3C (Impulse). From 2018 to 2022, Linda was Director of Energy and Carbon Strategy at Interxion France (now Digital Realty France). In charge of the company's sustainable development roadmap, she developed an innovative energy efficiency and carbon offsetting programme, including in particular the construction of the River cooling technological solution (22 MW of renewable cooling capacity) and a 100% French Low Carbon Label programme in collaboration with the Parc National des Calanques, EcoAct and Schneider Electric.

Linda Lescuyer holds a double Master's degree in Environmental Sciences and a Master's degree in Organisational Management from IAE France, as well as a Master's degree in Chemical and Physical Oceanography from the University of Aix-Marseille. She is also an ADEME-certified Transitional Territory Advisor.
