Jake Rasweiler is Senior Vice President of Data Centers and Digital Infrastructure at Kelly, where he leads strategy and services supporting the rapidly evolving needs of hyperscale, enterprise, and emerging AI-driven infrastructure environments. In this role, Jake focuses on the intersection of power, performance, and people, helping organizations scale digital infrastructure while addressing the talent and operational challenges that increasingly define the industry.
Prior to joining Kelly, Jake served as Senior Vice President of Innovation at American Tower, where he led U.S. Tower Innovation with responsibility for identifying emerging technologies, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities. Earlier roles at American Tower included Senior Vice President of Managed Networks, overseeing sales, leasing operations, engineering, and innovation for in-building and managed network solutions. He began his career in radio frequency engineering at AT&T and has since held leadership roles across telecommunications, mobile network operations, Internet of Things (IoT), and power utilities.
Jake is a frequent industry speaker and panelist on topics including AI, automation, edge connectivity, and digital infrastructure transformation. His perspective emphasizes that while power availability, compute, and cooling often dominate headlines, the true constraint facing the industry is talent. As AI, automation, and next-generation networks drive convergence across IT, OT, power, and physical infrastructure, Jake advocates for workforce strategies that enable organizations to build, operate, and evolve infrastructure at scale.
Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Economics from Colgate University, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from New York University, and an M.B.A. from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. He has helped launch multiple startup companies and currently serves as a board member for Federated Wireless.
